Considering that my family has moved far, far away, communicating with them is verrrrrrrry important. Email plays a small but semi-regular part. I would have to say that mobile phones are the key to keeping in touch, this goes for keeping up with friends as well as my family. We fequently call and text each other...I'm not sure what I'd do with out my phone!!
Myspace & Facebook play a similar part like email. Mainly just to check out what so-and-so was wearing on the weekend or see if I approve of new haircuts or colours but I'm not real big on the chatting on these two sites anymore. The only reason I started using mysapce in the first place was because my sister moved overseas, but then I got my friends at school into it and everyone kinda got into it and then it consumed me. I became one of those people that had to get a myspace fix EVERYDAY!! but now I rather detest the sites. People who go out and take pictures of themselves JUST for myspace make me sick. Photos are a still frame of the moment not for trying to prove to the world that you think you're hot
